A
Note From the Coach
Hello again!
After what feels like an eternity of not writing, I'm back in my space.
I opted to take a hiatus so as to focus on other things in my life.
Those of you who know me, know that I coach from the heart and I live what I coach.
Sometimes, you have to be your own top priority, and that was the choice I made for me.
I must confess, I did miss the coaching space as it is who I am and
where I am meant to be. I truly missed sharing energy with you all.
As is the cornerstone of my coaching, there are several core principles that I hold close:
1. What is meant for you cannot be lost.
2. Be fully present in this moment and, in the perfection of this moment.
3. Trust that all will unfold as it is meant to.
They key to being in this space is to be clear. ie: To be completely free of fears, resentments, doubts, limiting beliefs, etc.
The net result for me is that I do not know how the future will unfold
for me, or what gifts it will bring. And, I look forward to it with the
excitement and anticipation of a child at Christmas.
For this issue, I chose to re-use an article I wrote last year on what
I consider the single most crucial element to success and a fulfilling
life. Passion.
The best is yet to come.
Be successful - together
Mark

How important is passion?
The
essence of my coaching & speaking is being successful together
– couples who are sharing a business and a life together. And,
the basis is my own life, and the journey I share with my wife.
We know from experience how easy it can be to get busy and allow your business and obligations to consume all your waking time.
Although none of us are shy of enduring some hard work and long hours
to achieve something worthwhile, it can become a drain if the time
& effort are being put in, the results aren’t quite what you
want them to be and other areas of your life are being neglected.
For both a relationship and a business, the energy & excitement
– the passion – can dwindle and you end up on autopilot and
doing things more out of obligation than desire.
When the passion subsides, the fulfillment can decrease also. And, when
something ceases to be fulfilling or fun, it can migrate toward an area
of your life that can be expendable.
Maintaining your own energy & passion for what you are doing can be an opportunity. How do you do that for others?
Obviously, in your relationship, it takes two, and being
‘us’ must be a priority in order to keep the energy &
excitement going.
Your business is somewhat similar. If you have a downline, you know you
will always incur some attrition. Some folks get caught up in the
moment, act impulsively and join your organization. Their heart was not
really in it, their passion never gets ignited, and they drop out.
“You cannot persevere toward that which you do not desire” Source Unknown
How true this is! If you have no passion, you do not desire. How can
you exert a sustained effort? How could you expect anyone to support
you in this venture?
“The greatest gift you give others is your own life working”
Sanaya Roman
As always, the only space where you have any control is within yourself.
Attracting the interest & support of your partner, or new Team
members & Customers will be much easier when you are energized and
excited from within.
Have you ever felt like you had to put your ‘game face’ on
to make a presentation? Or make a conscious effort to appear a certain
way at home?
How much easier would it be to simply ‘be’ passionate about all that you are doing?
As life is well, life, there will always be opportunities and adversity
that comes along. Your passion for your journey and the vision you hold
will give you what you need to get through, keep going and succeed.
Live passionately.

successful - together
