A Note From the Coach

Loving the unfolding journey.

I cannot write, speak or share about anything that I do not embrace, or have not experienced, in my own life.

My life and personal journey is just as interesting as everyone else's. There are a few things that I follow that allows it to flow in the most optimal way.

One of the key aspects is living in the Now. Which is the inspiration for my article below.

This journey is about to get amazing and I deeply appreciate your being a part of it.

Living in the Now

The most crucial aspect of your unfolding journey is this moment – where you are at right now. And, what you are thinking, feeling and being in this instant.

When you consider that the next moment will be a progression from this one right now, it obviously serves to be in the best possible space.

So, how does one find and hold this precious space?

For me, it begins with peace. Complete and total inner peace. When you are peaceful, you are not affected or bothered by anything or anyone. The state – past, present or future – of everything simply doesn’t have any emotional impact on you.

Essentially, this is total acceptance. Note that acceptance is not settling – which is resigning yourself to a situation for the duration.

Acceptance is simply an acknowledgment of the state of everything in this moment without emotional attachment or time constraints. And, fully knowing that it can – and probably will - be different in future moments.

Being peaceful enables you to have calmness and clarity in your life, regardless of the chaos that seems to be swirling around you.

Just as the space between notes gives music it’s definition, the peace in your life will define your space.

The voice of intuition speaks within you and is typically soft & quiet. Your calmness & peace in this moment will enable you to choose the action that serves you best as your next step.

Finding your peaceful space begins with the choice and a daily practice of focus, letting go and being.

I am currently reading The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. As adept as I felt I was at living in the moment, this amazing book is taking it to a whole new level.

It is not just about the knowledge and the information. It is about embracing the concepts into your being and allowing them to be part of your daily space & journey.

Like anything else in life, there is only one way to get experience. And, overcoming a lifetime of habits & conditioning is not going to happen overnight.

Yet, that is the beauty of the unfolding journey. It is no longer about a specific destination, it is about fully appreciating and enjoying where you’re at right now. The emphasis shifts from seeking the things that bring you joy, to seeking the joy in the things that are in your life.

The more you discover your true, authentic self and allow yourself to fully be in this moment right now, the more you will experience amazing things flowing in your life.

It is truly incredible how the nothingness of the now is the key to everything that is worthwhile and fulfilling for you.

And it is all available to you – right now.
