Note From the Coach
I
am constantly amazed by how my life journey is unfolding. Although it
is easy to look at our life, relationships, business, etc. as separate
entitities, the truth is that they together comprise our life.
For me, maintaining a clear vision of the overall meaningful,
purposeful, fulfulling, peaceful life I desire allows me align with the
actions that are compatible with receiving it.
And, it's not about money. Yes, money is an essential component for
several things. It's just not the primary focus of my journey.
For me, it's sharing the journey. Few things have touched my soul as
deeply as Marianne Williamson's book Enchanted Love.
My primary daily affirmation is to have a shared, entwined, enchanted
journey with my beloved. And, to have the closest possible connection
in the 5 major areas: Spiritually, emotionally, mentally,
intellectually and physically.
As Marianne says: "All
work is inner work"
and my part is simply to connect with me and let go of anything that is
not compatible with my true authentic self. And, to be content with who
I am and where I am right now in this moment.
This led to the inspiration for my article today.

would have thought that having your hair cut could be a spiritual
experience? The young lady who cuts my hair is simply amazing. If

Where You’re
At Is Perfect
Have you ever felt like where you are right now is completely contrary
to where you want to be?
Whether your life, business, relationship, cashflow, geographic
location – you name it – it just doesn’t
match up
with your vision.
You may have a clear image of what is ideal for you and are actively
engaged in the shifts & actions to make your vision your
reality.
If you are seeing progress and feel like you are in momentum toward
your desires, you know how good that feels.
And, if you feel the opposite – that you are stuck and
getting
nowhere – it is easy to begin to lose faith and begin to
wonder
if you are on the right path.
There is always the possibility that you are not. That what you are
focused on is simply not right for you and thus is not coming into your
experience. In this instance, taking a time-out to look
inward
and connect with what your heart truly desires will assist you in
choosing your next actions.
When you are aligned with what is right for you, you know it. When you
close your eyes and visualize it, you feel energy & excitement.
Yet, that is out there and you are in the here & now, which
looks
& feels nothing like that which you know is ideal for you.

Anyone who has lost weight knows that there is a frustrating period
where, no matter what they do, nothing tangible seems to be happening.
And then, the results appear.
The same is true for achieving your dreams. There is not always
evidence that anything is shifting. Alternately, the things that are
happening do not seem to have anything to do with your vision and are
completely counter-intuitive.
And, this is where faith comes in. Although you may not be where you
desire to be know that you are exactly where you are meant to be right
now, in this moment.
And, because you are meant to be here, it is perfect for you right now.
Initially, this concept does not make sense because out logical minds
(and egos) have to be able to concisely define things.
Consider this: If you are not at peace where you are right now, your
energy is focused on what is wrong or missing. If you can have peace in
the moment, you are clear to receive the inspiration & guidance
for
the shifts & actions that will move you closer to that which
you
truly desire.
Remember that what is your reality in this moment will be your history
in the next. As this moment, is the foundation for the next one, how
would it serve you to focus on how perfect everything is right now?
